If you would like to book a session with me please BOOK an initial consultation first. Initial consultations are carried over the phone, and usually last about 15 minutes - this is not a therapy session, but just gives us an opportunity to have a quick chat about what's going on, and what you want to get out of coming for psychotherapy session.

Full therapy sessions can be carried out face-to-face, over the phone, or by video chat (over Zoom).

Face to Face sessions take place @The Practice Rooms in Broomhill, Sheffield (address below).
